Monoblock Vacuum Pump, Liquid Ring
Hemvac’s Monoblock liquid ring vacuum pumps are positive displacement pumps. They feature a single-stage, simple, and robust construction with unique characteristics. They are non-contaminating due to virtually isothermal compression. They are oil-free (no lubrication in the working chamber). These pumps can handle almost all gases and vapors, and can pump small amounts of liquid that may accompany the gas. They offer easy maintenance, reliable operation, low noise levels, and virtually no vibrations. Standard features include cavitation protection, built-in dirt drainage, built-in centralized drainage, and no metallic contact between rotating parts.

These new-generation liquid ring vacuum pumps are lightweight and compact yet robust, and are available in corrosion-resistant materials. Thanks to their modular design, they can be installed in a wide variety of applications and processes. We offer short-coupling designs, with the pump and motor on a common shaft, as well as long-coupling designs.
Liquid ring compressors are simple and robust displacement compressors. Liquid ring compressors require a fluid (preferably water) as an auxiliary or service liquid. They can compress almost all gases and vapors, even those containing dust and liquids.
